Organization
In line with the protocol signed between the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses of the Ministry of Justice and our University, the Department of Law Prison Execution and Security Services Program was opened in 2017 in order for the employees of the Penal Execution Institution to renew themselves by increasing their knowledge and skills.

Program Profile
The aim of the program is to train correctional officers to be employed in Penal Enforcement Institutions and Probation Directorates and to meet the need for qualified workforce in this field. Our School of Higher Education, which set out with this purpose, provides courses such as State Organization and Ministry Organization Structure, Penal Execution Institution Management, Basic Concepts of Law, Probation, Keyboard Training, Office Management and Organization, Teamwork, Judicial Correspondence and Document Management. In addition, with the compulsory internship opportunity offered, it is aimed that our students gain experience before entering the profession by transforming the theoretical courses into practice.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates (with examples)
Students who complete the Criminal Execution and Security Services Program receive the title of “Vocational Staff” with an associate degree in the field of execution and security services and are employed in Penal Execution Institutions and Probation Directorates.
Access to Higher Degree Programs
Program students can complete their undergraduate programs by passing to the Open Education Faculty without an exam or by being successful in the DGS exam conducted by ÖSYM. Vertical transfer areas; Emergency Aid and Disaster Management, Public Administration, Political Science and Public Administration, etc. can be departments.
Exams, Measurement and Evaluation
Students are given one of the letter grades and/or symbols for each course they are enrolled in by the instructor of the course. Written / Test Midterm Exam (midterm exam) is given. The effect of the midterm exam on the passing grade is 40%. Written / Test Final exam (final exam) is given at the end of the year. The effect of the final exam on the passing grade is 60%. A make-up exam is held for students who fail the final exam. The effect of the make-up exam on the passing grade is 60%. A minimum of 50 points must be obtained from the final or make-up exams.
Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate, students studying in this program must have a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and must be successful in all courses in the curriculum with a minimum grade of 2.00. The minimum ECTS required for graduation is 128. Students are also required to complete their compulsory internships within the specified period and specifications.

Department Facilities
Classes are held in classrooms and lecture halls in the Mehmet Genç Complex on the Dragos Campus. In addition, our school has a fully equipped computer laboratory and students have the opportunity to use the projection device for presentations.
